Wizz air is worse than Ryanair for sure but if you wanna save money you can't be picky. It brings you form A to B but that's it. It will be late and uncomfortable. Not good not bad.

It's no surprise that Wizzair is a "low-cost" airline so you really can't expect a business class service. That just won't happen.
On pros:
- direct flight (less than 3 hours which is great)
- main airport
- professional staff
- ok price with loyalty program discount, although the price does include only a hand luggage under 10 kg

On cons:
- the smallest leg-room on an economy class that I have ever experienced in my life,
and we fly a lot.
That's just unacceptable, and I am just 174 cm .
We were forced to purchased seats (exit row) for extra leg room, which basically cost 1/4 of our plane tickets
- unclear luggage allowance rules:

We have purchased extra registered luggage ( +20 kg) and decided not to use our hand luggage as we were able to fit into one suitcase.
We were very confused to learn that even though we have paid for 20 kg registered, + 10 kg , + 10 kg (which would give 40 kg) we are not allowed to have only 25 kg when it is in just one suitcase... Which is so bizarre... In the end, we were not forced to pay for an extra 5 kg. But, for the future, we won't be buying registered luggage anymore, as this makes no sense from our perspective. Unless you are prepared to use two bags, even if you can fit all your belongings into one...:-(

- not even a "drop of water" on a plane included in a ticket price... :-(((( !

For some reason this flight was 1 hour delayed in departing. On this occasion there was no information sent to my mobile phone to keep me informed so was none the wiser. Waited a long time at the gate waiting to board. Not good practice for an elderly passenger.

Many flights with WizzAir, morning & afternoon flight mostly on time, the evening ones it happens to be 1-2H late. Newest fleet between all european airlines, with some exceptions the crew was always helpfull, had change if bought food/drinks on board, a bit hot inside aircraft for my taste. Often crowded at the gate with only 2 crew to check ticket, ID and luggage.

if you are tall the space between the chairs might be a problem for you. so, don't expect for a confortable flight. it's recommended for short distances and if you book at least 1 month in advance. otherwise, the price is comparable with the standard flights and with less comfort
