Avery pleasant flight.Flight attendants most helpful.Cabin and seating very good.Was able to get a good nights sleep.Meals not up to usual Virgin standards.

Well looked after, at check-in plenty of assistance, and employees who are informed and know the answers.
Economy leg room is limited, as on most planes. On board we were well looked after, food was good and attendants helpful and attentive. Regular drinks service and a good offering of films and entertainment.
Happily use Virgin again.

We have always found virgin to be efficient with excellent service, food is acceptable, seating in premium is comfortable for a 10 hour flight. The in flight entertainment was very good with a large selection of films and music. The return journey was similar.

The Virgin lounge at Heathrow is great. The quality of the food and service is a nice start to any trip. Went downhill from there.

I was very disappointed with the flight from Heathrow to Atlanta. Traveling in Business on a daytime flight. First disappointment is the age of the video system and the options available. The system appears to be from late 1990's or earlier 2000's. Poor screen quality, no touch screen, buttons on the controller unresponsive, weak offering of movies.

The second disappointment was that they ran out of blankets. At one point late in the flight I was cold and asked for a blanket. They searched around Business cabin and were out of blankets so they brought what looked like an emergency blanket- bright orange, not even a full-size blanket. That should never happen when you are paying for a Business class seat.

Third disappointment is the seat-to-bed issue. Most Business seats on international flights simply recline flat when you want to make it into a bed. Not on Virgin. You have to get out of the seat and have an attendant convert the seat to a bed. Very inconvenient.

Recently flew with BA Prem Ec which I’ve ALWAYS found dreadful, an afterthought, the crew doing you a favour if they attend to anything. I reverted back to Virgin Atlantic, what a contrast. The downside was being a dusabled 70 year old, having to get a bus to the plane and climb stairs to the aircraft...PLEASE!! Heathrow to blame, very third world
Anyway once onboard I was looked after from start to finish, plenty to drink and eat, attentive crew,worked extremely hard, brilliant. AVOID BA LIKE THE PLAGUE is my advice!
