Overall it wasn’t bad if you like being squeezed into a small space for 9 hours! The food was not edible either for dinner or breakfast! We have learned over the years to eat before boarding but even that wasn’t good. We were starved when we got off the plane. The price was reasonable and it was nonstop to Munich. Now am looking forward to a flight home

We were traveling from Newark NJ to LAX to connect with a flight to Fiji for our 25 th anniversary. Our original flight time was 5:20 pm then delayed to 7:20 pm then delayed again to 10:30, and finally moved to 11:15 ! Needless to say the delay caused us to not be able to meet our connection . Luckily for us our travel agent was able to reschedule our connecting flight to the following day ( only 1 flight fri lax to fiji each day) & get us a hotel room for the night - it was an awful way to start our anniversary vacation - we also lost a day at the resort which cost us ! I will avoid ever flying with them ever again !

Our experience with United went flawlessly. We purchased economy plus seats to give us more leg room and we sat just behind first class. That worked out well and I can’t think of one thing on this flight that would be considered a negative.

I took the 16 hour flight from Singapore to US. Flying 16 hours is not an easy task, but the hard work and kindliness of the staff makes the journey easy. In flight entertainment was good. It was easy for me as I choose a aisle seat for the travel. 2 main meals and snacks were provided during the flight time. Food was okay. Staff was friendly and they are quick.

Checking in at Denver was easy. Customer Service Agents particularly helpful.
No queues!!!
Boarding was well organised and disciplined (a quantum leap better than our friends at LHR Terminal 5).

On board service was very good. On United you don’t seem to have to ask for anything, it’s there anyway. I lost count of the number of times the drinks trolley came around.
The food was typically airline but nonetheless very good. Better than on the outbound flight from LHR to DEN (UA26).
The aircraft, a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner was very comfortable and seemed pretty quiet.
The flight was punctual and arrived early into Heathrow.
The flight attendants were excellent.
