“No Match Against Foreign Airlines”

Why is it that United Airlines allow only one check-in luggage for free when foreign airlines allow TWO pieces when flying international flights? And then there's the Economy Plus seats for an additional $150+ where you get 2-3 inches of extra leg room and nothing else. The seat is just as wide as the "cheaper" economy seats and recline just as far so the only benefit is the 2-3 inch leg room. The in-flight service was actually decent compared to a few years ago. Even though the smiles does not appear to be from their heart at least they smile...A definite improvement from a few years ago but still no comparison against the foreign airlines...

United is always very accommodating and helpful. Comfortable seats, plenty of leg room, decent food.

The employees at SFO are just rude and uncaring.
I was in line at the gate and heard an agent tell a passenger off. She was old and trying to get help bit was told to go to customer service when she asked for assistance.

The cabin crew for this airline is also hit or miss so I only use them when I absolutely have to. Many of them only use one word sentences addressing customers such as "ticket" or Seat Belt". They do not seem to care like most carriers.

Flight is very much normal,no free baggage allowed we have to pay for the same no food etc provided services were also not so great
