The staff at Newark airport were very good in helping me and my family to check in. There was a mistake on the booking but they resolved this with the minimum of fuss. The in flight entertainment was top notch and I was surprised the quality of the food. Overall good experience and would definitely use again.

The plane the wife and I flew had no USB and no TV's in the seats in front of us, but the flight was cheaper than Delta we took earlier in the years to the Philippines..

I got an upgrade on this 6:30 am flight even summer is the busiest season. Maybe it is a benefit of being an early bird.

The flight attendants were amazing. When they made announcements, they didn't read from the book, but added humours to the announcements. It's different from the typical services, as it's entertaining with a personal touch.

Also, the flight was on time:-)

The check-in in Changi Airport was could have been handled better.
The flight was on time, boarding was quick.The cabin was clean and was pleasantly surprised by the legroom in economy class. Not complaining, but I guess headsets are only provided if asked. Breakfast offered was decent.
The crew was courteous, professional and efficient.
The ticket prices were cheap and value for money.
Overall it was a good experience.

United Airloins is by far the worst airline in the U.S., we have made the mistake of flying both economy and first class. The flight attendants are lazy, incompetent and ride. We have had better service on Southwest Airlines traveling in economy than the incompetent staff on first class with United.Let be specific on my criticism of United #1 They are consistent on being late and the gate staff lie about the reasons for delays, #2 when the staff are notified of broken seats they are so lazy they do nothing about the damage #3 the flight attendants are rude when dealing with elderly and disabled customers #4 first class service is pathetic and the flight attendants are incredibly lazy refusing to provide even basic service.#5 we were delayed three hors when all the comparable Southwest flights arrived on time at SFO #5 when traveling first class from Chicago to SFO they refused to allow first class to board and lied about catering services as an excuse for poor service then provided a small bag of chips as the catering service.
