“Excess Luggage issues”

For my excess luggage, I received an email from Turkish Airlines office confirming for an extra bag it would be 100GBP per bag.
When I told them two days in advance that I had two extra bags, the guys bluntly refused saying that this amount was incorrect and it was 25EURO per KILO.
I had to run around at the last minute trying to pack everything and ship it separately.
I was leaving the country so it was a very stressful time trying to do the house and the last of paperwork and to add the stress even this?

Turkish Airlines,this is a very poor response from you. Will consider never recommending you in the future.

This much less expensive than any other option, they feed us often, and the entertainment options were great. Nothing to complain about on this from us.

It was very good flying with the air line good food good service very comfortable seating and nice flight!

We all have had a bad experience at one or the other airlines, however very rarely does an Airlines has such good customer service, entertainment, food and beverage, legroom and friendly staff that the usual mundane and stress of air travel is more of an delight.

I am now reconsidering switching from Miles & More to Miles & Smiles

It was a no-problem flight. Breakfast was good. Leg-space was enough for a 175cm guy. Cabin crew was pleasant enough and they managed to make be comfortable during the flight.
