On arrival in Alicante passengers were held on board for 45 minutes, 30 mins of which was without aircon, as no buses were available, although 6 buses could be seen static at the terminal. Then only one turned up .

We had not booked our seats so i suppose we should have expected to be cramped in at the back as we were ..

I am six foot one and a half inches tall .

.I am sure chickens been transported in crates have more room than i had one row from the back of the plane my knees were tight on the seat in front of me ,,

i enjoud the flight but no film to watch good service good leg room had a hot tea to drink but high price to pay for a drink p stephens

Travelled in premium class on the Dreamliner aircraft for a 9 hour flight. We had 2 seats together at the rear of the Premium cabin and we had lots of room to get up and walk around behind our seats and extra large seats that fully reclined with loads of legroom. I started to watch a film but seat was so comfy I fell asleep for 4 hours! We had complimentary breakfast and lunch from the premium menu and complimentary drinks (includes alcohol) It did not feel as though we had spent 9 hours on the plane and it was a great start to our cruise holiday.

Poor airline. Staff are friendly enough. But the plane, its size, facilities, does not justify the price of the ticket. We paid £640 each. And that disnt even include meals. Will avoid using them.

Not sure what airplane it was, but it was 2 rows of 3 seats.
