Thai Airways at Delhi Airport provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Despite my tier benefits allowing priority check-in and boarding, they outright refused to honor them, stating they don’t follow the policy. Being removed from a queue despite following the guidelines was not just frustrating but humiliating. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I can’t imagine what standard passengers go through. Definitely reconsidering my choice of airline in the future.
