Totally disappointed with Thai Air .starting with two hour delay out of Perth . Our luggage missed the connecting flight from Bangkok to Milan . We were told our luggage would be on next flight . We have been now waiting 6 days with no luggage on a ski holiday in Italy
No clothes , no warm clothes , hearing different stories every day with limited tracking knowledge on our items
Has just ruined the holiday
Still waiting and sick of no communication and lies ! Very unhappy customers

My recent experience with Thai Airways was an absolute nightmare,
First, our flight was delayed by an astonishing four hours+ with absolutely no explanation provided prior. The lack of communication/announcement left passengers stranded, confused and frustrated.
After reaching London, thinking things could not get worse, I tried contacting their customer service via email for clarification. That turned out to be another disaster. The response was slow, dismissive and lack any professionalism. Not once did they (customer service representative named Neru Makin) bother to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Instead, they brushed off my concerns as if I was being unreasonable for even asking for an explanation.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable for a supposedly "reputable" airline. Passengers deserve better than silence, indifference, and disrespect. I will never fly with Thai Airways again, and urge others to think twice before booking with them. It is just not worth the hassle.
One of the worst Airline I fly with. The flight was delayed and we missed our connecting flight, the crew were late, everything was unorganized, and never use them if you are going in Europe. Since they are not part of the EU Airlines you will not be compensated even if you are delayed for more than 8 hours.
We were allowed to have entry in the Business lounge since we have a kid and the flight was delayed more than 8 hours. There are plenty of drinks, soda, water, etc, but food is low class, taste horrible.
P.S. we are just rebooked to this flight from our original flight and it is a disaster.

Nobody from Thai airways helped at Bangkok. Ran like crazy to next flight TG920 bangkok to frankfurt. Old plane. Food is bad. I will not take airways again. Highly not recommended. Poor service
