Thai airways lounge at concourse D, level 3 (main entrance opposite gate D4)

Two lady staffs at check in counter 21/04/2023 16:00
I gave passport to them, but i put the previous boarding pass (Hongkong flight) to them as well because not sure whether do they need to check it or not.. then they using terrible words with unkind tone to us. She said “why am i still keep this unwanted boarding pass in here” It make her complicated to check those transfer flights number and name.

I still remember untill now “จะเก็บไวเพื่อ” & ทำเสียงลำคาน “madamm I already scan it for youuuu”

Which is I understand ALL what she was talking.

I didn’t response with this lady. And try to be calm.

❗️NOT RECOMMENDED THAI airways to anyone as I used to do.

They cancelled our flight and they won't refund us cash.
We did a chat and they told us they would refund us cash, they didn't. Gave us vouchers.
We have called twice, got hung up on twice after an hour hold.
We have tried chat twice which just doesn't work.
I advise you don't use this airline, the customer service is terrible.

I purchased the ticket online and they were offering a discounted rate for a round trip last year. The ground service was good but check-in process was slow. Good food and entertainment inflight. Crews were good as well.

The worst customer service ever experienced in our international travel history. It has been 4 months since we have reported and requested damaged luggage claim, but this filthy airlines niether cares to respond nor replies to several emails for settlement. It is shocking and utterly disappointing that such a so called reputed airlines can be immensely rude in conduct to not even bother to reply on e-mails leave alone making good for the loss incurred for their fault and mis-management.

Origin- Sydney, Australia
Transit - Bangkok, Thailand
Destination- Mumbai, India
Flight Nos- TG476 and TG317
Departure Date & Time from Sydney- 14th January, 2023 - 1000 Hours (ACT)
Arrival Date & Time at Mumbai- 15th January, 2023 - 2200 Hours (IST)
No. of passengers - 4

We had checked in our baggage with tag number - TG 424098 at Sydney along with other bags.
However, when we received the said baggage at Mumbai airport on the belt, we found that the baggage was broken with irreparable damage.

Soon upon receiving the damaged luggage, we immediately reported the concern to Thai Airways staff member, Ms. Simran who was present there on duty.
While, we requested to personally meet a Senior staff member to present the issue, Ms. Simran responded that there was no need to meet anyone since she had already inspected, acknowledged and certified the loss. Attaching herewith a photo of her acknowledgement and inspection receipt.

The bag is otherwise new and now the utility of the bag is no more, making it scrap.
We expect the loss to be made good by Thai Airways.
