Flight TP477 last Sunday it was late 40 minutes due late arrival but the captain apologized for the delayed and explained what happened and we did arrive in Lisbon in time.
The crew was very friendly and nice, we had snacks and drinks inflight. The rest of the flight was smooth and very nice.
The only thing that is not so nice is in Lisbon airport landing we have to go by bus to the arrival terminal.

Had a lovely flight by TAP from Manchester to Lisbon. Took about 2 and a half hours. Walked a long way yesterday - why does one have to walk so far in Airports nowadays - is it because they are so busy? Plenty of leg room, something to eat & drink.

Getting on the plane at JFK was a nightmare. They don't open their counter until 2 hours before the flight and it is located at the very end of Terminal 5. The ground/counter people were rude and unhelpful. The gate people were completely unorganized, kept giving conflicting information. Really the worst!
HOWEVER, once we got on the plane, the crew was kind, attentive and patient.
On our return flight (10-12-17), the flight out of Barcelona was late, which made for a very tight connection in Lisbon. We were told to hurry-through passport control, through the entire airport-only to arrive at the gate and find the flight was 90 minutes late! Honestly, this can't be announced when we landed in Lisbon?
I don't know if I'd take another chance on them.
Upgrade to business class was a very good decision and the cost was minimal. Thank god we did it.

I had pay for economic flight..so i got that..the legs space was okay..nothing small or to big...big if be a big person, will feel like sardine in the box.

Good airline, had food, coffee, for free. Good seating, friendly service, would use them again, on time flight
