Flight was safe, left on time and arrived on time. There are many flights into Punta Cana. Southwest is our go to airline for the price and schedules.

Flight was a little late leaving but not terrible. The flight itself was really rough, lots of turbulence but nothing they can do about that, it is what it is. I hate being treated like cattle on this airline though. I prefer to choose my seat so I don't end up next to the woman with the yappy dog (allergic to dogs). Flight was full so I couldn't move seat. Had no choice but to use SW because had to use up airfare from a previous flight I had to cancel because of a death in the family . I still have $300 of that but SW won't let me extend the time to use it so I guess I will lose it. Won't fly this airline again.

This was an extremely bumpy ride...so much turbulence! There were a couple of times it felt like we were “free-falling!”

We were traveling on about day 14 of the government shutdown. We had no problems with security at either airport. The TSA employees were friendly and professional in their job duties. The airports were very busy but it did not seem as though they were overly crowded. The flight staff were kind. And on the trip from Baltimore to Houston it was a very crowded flight. The flight attendants performed their duties and then because it was such a long flight they were able to hang out in their stations and talk with the passengers near their stations. The one attendant fielded many questions about his job. His working hours, drive time to work and fun destinations he had been to. I felt very well cared for.

We had a connection in Denver, but our bags were to stop in Denver which meant claiming our bags and go back thru security. We only had an hour lay over and we would not have made our connection. Southwest was able to correct this and got our bags routed all the way to Los Cabo. Customer service did an excellent job for us.
