My wife and I traveled on Dec. 27th returning on Jan. 2nd. All our flights took off late because the inbound aircraft was late. We scheduled our flight around 6:00 pm, so some of this was expected. The only issue we felt was poor service is that when we landed at St. Louis in transition, there was no gate available for our aircraft. We waited 30 minutes on the tarmac with only a 45 minute transfer to the next plane. SW did delay our final leg to Cleveland for the four passengers taking that flight. The gates were extremely far apart, so it would have been nice if they had provided some transportation.
