My wife and I traveled on Dec. 27th returning on Jan. 2nd. All our flights took off late because the inbound aircraft was late. We scheduled our flight around 6:00 pm, so some of this was expected. The only issue we felt was poor service is that when we landed at St. Louis in transition, there was no gate available for our aircraft. We waited 30 minutes on the tarmac with only a 45 minute transfer to the next plane. SW did delay our final leg to Cleveland for the four passengers taking that flight. The gates were extremely far apart, so it would have been nice if they had provided some transportation.

I am an A+ Preferred frequent filer and have enjoyed boarding early, free WiFi and other perks of this program. But sometimes the airline makes decisions impacting customer flights and poorly communuicates

I am VERY dismayed that Southwest proactively cancelled my flight at 1:36AM! They claim it was due to a reduction in service based on weather reports. According to the weather reports, the storm in Chicago will not hit until the next day. First of all, a clandestine cancellation in the middle of the night is just BAD customer service. Secondly, SWA should provide alternate arrangements after a cancellation especially for A List Preferred members. I was able to call in and get on an earlier flight with a layover which is VERY inconvenient. With the new reservation I am now in position C55 vs. A19. This is unacceptable.

Got a good price for this flight around the Holidays. Flight was on-time and no problems with baggage. Boarding process was orderly even though you don't have a seat assignment. Love that you get 2 bags for free! Flight attendants were super friendly. Will definitely fly Southwest again if the price is right.

seating could be better if they have biger seatsand more leg room but the price is right and you get what you pay for...

Love the fact that’s there are no assigned seats and you can check in 2 luggages for free. They also provide very good customer service.
