We flew from Islip to Charleston SC through Baltimore. The best part of the flight was off the plane where we could lay over for 2 hours. Southwest is now no different than most domestic airlines. Fill up that plane with no empty seats. After the wheel chairs, elderly and parents with young children there is no need to get an early bird ticket.

My husband and I had a great experience on Southwest Airlines. As first-timers to this airline, the open seating arrangement was a bit confusing for us at first, but we had a friend recommend the Early Bird seating (which we purchased) and this ensured that we got seated next to one another. The tickets themselves were very reasonably priced.The flight attendants were cheerful and courteous and the complimentary snacks and beverage service was a bonus. I will definitely be flying this airline again!

Compared to the other airlines, Southwest has the friendliest most accomodating staff of all. They have adopted Lean Principles to minimize the wait times to talk to an agent, board the plane and get your luggage as quickly as possible. Any time I need to make a change or have a problem they accommodate me better than any of the other guys, most often with no fees attached. I fly 3 times a month on average and I use Southwest first.

Went on a weeks vacation and Southwest once again proved they are the best.Both flights were top notch.Easy checkin friendly staffers and both were on time.Already booked Southwest again for a trip to Phoenix in March

Southwest always treats you with great respect and nearly always on time with the flights. So love the easy check-in process and the free baggage.
