VERY impressed with the Airline!! My first time w/Southwest. Professional, pleasant people! My companion had to use a wheelchair and they were ON IT!!!From the time we checked in til they had her in her seat!!! Will definitely use then again!!!!

We fly Southwest whenever possible. Boarding was delayed because the crew had not landed yet. The boarding person (young African-American young lady) was so enthusiastic about her job that no one seemed to mind. She was funny and personable. I asked her name so that I could write someone to tell them how great she was and now have forgotten it. Crew are always great as well. Love the boarding system too. Flew on one of their new planes last year and that was amazing!

My family and I booked a trip from Atlanta, GA to Playa del Carmen through Cancun. We had 8 people on three separate bookings. We all checked-in about 24 hours before the flight and we were able to get early enough boarding groups to sit together. All went well with the entire trip, which included transportation to and from the Cancun Airport and resort reservations. The only thing that caused a little anxiety was identifying the Transportation company in Mexico. The reservation information from Southwest did not include the name of the company, so we found Amstar that had Southwest on their plackard. I'm sure there was some reason they don't include it, but it would have made things a little easier if we knew who we were looking for in Cancun. Other than that everything went as expected.

Just LUV the way the folks at southwest seem to love what they do and make things obvious by making customer SERVICE a priority.
