Fantastic, personal service through and through, bravo to you guys, you are the best. Have flown on other airlines and this was my first with SIA, and i loved every minute of it. Attention to detail and personal service. I used book the cook and I was not dissapointed.

The worst airline with the rudest flight attendance that I have ever seen. I can’t believe people ranked this joke airline top 5 in the world. The seats are average, the food is bland, the flight attendance rude and racist, and the plane has loos carpet on the floor with dirty restrooms. If you are thinking this is a good airline I highly recommend to fly Emirates, Qatar, ANA or Airfrance to see the difference in food and costumer service. Singapore airlines lost my business and respect forever. It’s a United airline version of Asia!

My husband and I went to New Zealand on our honeymoon. We booked to fly premium economy, and with Singapore Airlines for 3 of the 4 flights, expected the best flights from supposedly one of the world’s best airlines. What a disappointment. Yes we got more room than in economy but that extra couple of grand didn’t stretch further than that. There was no champagne service (even the UAE airlines offer this as standard in economy), the food was disgusting and god forbid you wanted a glass of wine at any other time than a small glass during your awful meal. The food was served exactly the same as economy in awful plastic and metal food containers all squeezed into a little tray. We expected a full service, not the same as economy with inedible food. You couldn’t even use the toilets right next to you because they drew a curtain between PE and business. You were therefore made to traipse all the way to the back of the airplane. Compared with the likes of air New Zealand I wouldn’t recommend Singapore airlines to anyone. Complete rip off. Never again.

Our 12 hour journey was on time which was necessary to meet our connection. The food was as god as it gets on planes. The attention of the on board team was excellent and they could not have done more. The choice of films an tv programmes in box sets was very good. The price was the best available

This flight is operated by Singapore Airlines. I like SA for its quality and high level of cabin crew professionalism and service. I also like the warm towel at the beginning and the end of the flight. After dinner I like its signature drink, Singapore Sling. A nice addition is a real ice cream as a dessert. As on the Lufthansa plane I had a premium economy seat on this one. Sadly, I felt it was not as good as the Lufthansa one. It still had two seats arrangement but somehow it looked that the seats were smaller with less personal space. Perhaps it was only my impression as it was Boeing 777 not Airbus A380 and it appeared to be “smaller” inside. In the past I did not mind various warm hues of brown in SA cabins but now I think they can create a feeling of the cabin being old and “tired”. Not sure if it was the plane or a position of my seat (032A) but it appeared to be very noisy inside. The level of noise was high enough to make conversations difficult and when talking to stewardesses I had to speak louder and listen very intensely. First I had a head set on to listen to the music but later on I just had it on to be able to sleep through the flight. Still, apart from the noise, a comfortable flight with good service. PS. It’s better than average but not quite very good - ta really needs “good” on its scale.
