We are Jetstar fans! We fly Jetstar quite often, especially when there are specials ... like this one to Tokyo. We generally pay extra for the upfront seats just behind business class which is a away from the more crowded economy section. But a word if warning ... these seats are often booked by people of ample build and you may find yourself with little room. Better to have the front row of economy. On this flight we were somewhat surprised by the staff when a toilet became blocked ... on went the gloves and it got unblocked! Won’t see that on many airlines who would rather close the toilet than dirty their hands. Food is not too expensive and very acceptable. Quite a good range too but we would recommend adding meals when booking to make sure your selection is available.

The hostesses were very friendly and very helpful. I found there wasn't enough leg room and was very squashed up apart from that everything else was great

I had a comfortable (as can be) flight on Jetstar, JQ7 to Singapore. I pre-booked my meal & window seat and I sat at the rear of the aircraft. The seats are Ok - but I was able have a feed, a beer and get some sleep.
The thing that Jetstar has got to get right is to be able to check in online & not have to queue up at the kiosks when you arrive at the airport. Surely with the technology available Jetstar are able to check in online!!

The check-in process was very easy, there was no need to interact with staff at all as the kiosk made things really easy to use. The flight was on-time from the boarding, journey and landing. In fact, it arrived early. Top stuff.

The Jetstar flight was on time, the announcements were clear and journey smooth. The seats are very comfortable for economy class seats.
