The plane seemed to be a little old and not so well protected against noice from the engines. No entertainment in a rather long flight. The air hostess were very nice and service minded. They represented different Nordic countries and some spoke excellent Spanish. That saved the 4 in overall rating.

Easy way to get to beautiful Aarhus directly, just remember that coming back you have to fly from Copenhagen !

We travelled from Copenhagen to Bergen. The journey was comfortable enough. We were seated at the back of the plane, which proved to be quite comfortable. It was only a fairly short duration flight. The staff were pleasant enough. What you would expect for the type of flight wee were on.

My partner and I had Icelandair on our way to Reykjavik which was great a flight in Iceland in comparison to Scandinavian Air.

First of all the check in is messy and they made us do the line twice as the information that they were providing was unclear. Just as bad as their bag drop off.

Then no facilities at all in the flight, compare to IcelandAir which had good room for the legs and screens for movies and games.

The staff was nice and smiling which you would expect .

Profesjonal and serviceminded and friendly staff. Only thing is I detest square lunch boxes! Information on conecting flights also a good service when we returned.
