a 2 hour delay then cancelled. first excuse was the pilots we late due to late inbound aircraft then one pilot was ill and could not fly........

Please note as a Premier Gold Mileage Plus member and 1 million mile United Airlines flyer you pay €70 per bag. No other Star Aliance partner does this. Outrageous. Star Aliance please kick SAS out. I will never fly them again.

We received excellent service, with comfortable seats with good leg toom and a smooth flight , all on time

Used SAS many times and always assured efficient service and flights running on time, except on our trip in May.

The flight was cancelled and we were moved to a later flight which was annoying but it was beyond their control.

They treated us very well, with vouchers for refreshments, use of phone and staff spoke well to my disabled daughter.

We submitted a claim for reimbursement on their website online and money was credited within 7 days into my account.

I've heard so many bad stories from people using other airlines when flights are cancelled that I had to say how well SAS did.
