Ryanair offers lowest price and they are always efficient.
The whole flight went smoothly.
I felt safe and we got to Dublin on time.
The staff was also nice and friendly
I was delighted also with their bus service they offer for only 16€. Great bargain!

I booked a flight leaving Stansted on 26/12/20 returning on 3/1/21. Due to UK Covid restriction, i was not allowed to fly and as a UK National, if i had flown, i would not be allowed entry to Spain. After several attempts to resolve my issue with Ryanair; they refuse to offer me a refund or a credit voucher. They claim that the flight left but the only passengers allowed to fly were Spanish Nationals or people with residency. I find Ryanair to be totally unfair and unethical in this case. I strongly suggest that people avoid using Ryanair where possible

In the check-in they told me that my bag was heavier than 10 kilos while I had way less stuff with me when I had on my way to Spain than return. He told me I had to pay 40 euros so I got rid of some of my stuff then he asked for 25 euros when my credit card didn't work he basically said I can't help you good luck with taking it on the plane. When I came back home i weighed my luggage and it was 8 kilos. A scammer of an airline. It was my last time travelling with them

Had to change my flights in October, charged to this month. Was meant to fly this month. Those scumbags now don't want to give a full refund because i paid prtly with vouchers. Usless when chatting to them, no help at all. Nothing positive about them. Aviod them. Never using them in my life again.

People served alcohol throughout the flights no masks on these passengers, drunk and Ryanair continued to serve them alcohol, continuously taking masks on. I had to move my seat twice. Complained to Ryanair and just received the corporate bull. No regard for passenger safety
