It was in June going on Holiday to Italy we were surprised both at Edinburgh and Bologna how the Airline staff worked hard to make up the slight delay in incoming Aircraft. The cabin crew were excellent during both flights.

Ryanair flight to Lanzarote, flight out was ok, food was expensive on the flight and the choice was limited, items on the menu were not available due to stocking not being sufficient.

Return flight was a nightmare, departures at ACE was a shambles, we were told to que in on place then advised we were in the wrong que, when we finally got to departures there was no space left for our carry on luggage which we paid for, and had to pay again to put in hold £60 for three small bags as not good, certainly not happy with Ryanair.

Landing gave us all a bit of a fright as the driver landed on only one wheel! But the rest of the flight was lovely, service was fantastic!

Queues, no service, demoralised staff, really bad travel experience. Avoid this airline at all costs.

Ryanair are a very cheap flight to book but travel times are often changed. I am a veggie and had prepaid for a cheese toastie. CAME WITH HAM on sandwich. Asked to change to just cheese and he whipped the ham off and said there you are. Got my money back needless to say.
