First of all the flight was late departing. The seating is so crushed that your shoulders touch the person next to you. There is no netting attached to the seat in front to put your personal bits and pieces into and the legroom is so tight that you can't bend down to get your bag from beneath the seat in front. When refreshments trolley eventually came round we ordered tea but had to wait 10 minutes for it. A hot snack would have a half hour wait. The staff were lovely and friendly.

Priority is comfortable (just) and very little queing at both airports. Both ways the flights were on time

Paid 400€ for 2 tickets (round trip Naples-Budapest), no priority, reserved seats and one 20Kg luggage.
Original outbound flight schedule was at 18:30.
Got to the airport at 4pm, left the luggage at the drop-off desk, cleared the security checks, waited for the gate announcement.
Long story short: the flight gets continuously delayed, we received no information nor assistance (I even went to the Ryanair counter asking for a dinner voucher, but they didn't give any) and we (finally) got on-board at around midnight.
The return flight was less of a trauma but we anyhow landed like 40 minutes late.
I filed a complaint and I asked for the reimbursement and I got 522,50€ (250€ per passenger - according to the EU 261/2004 regulation - plus the expense for our dinner).

I haven’t flown with Ryanair before... but needed a cheap return flight to Dublin from Luton.... all I can say is don’t have too high expectation and you get what you pay for... easy to book online....easy check in before the airport on my phone... sailed through security to the gate.. queuing was no worse than any other airline I’ve flown with... was a full flight there and back but was okay not too noisy... staff were helpful and snacks available onboard the flight was average... would recommend if you want cheap and cheerful... just don’t have too high expectations!!!

Have flown with Ryaanair for years and they're no worse than the other no-frills airlines and in fact some of the "best" airlines are no better.
