Have just flown from London stanstead to faro for a weeks holiday with Ryan air and found the flights both ways to be very good the staff were friendly and pleasant and found the whole experience to be very good

The flight was average and the food was not the best but for low cost that was the only one from Bologna. I wouldn't say to take that type of flight but for low cost it is good for that route.

Cheap flight without any service. If you travel with a few people, Ryanair will ship you all over the plane and ask you to pay extra if you want to sit together, even if the plane is completely empty. Very naughty.

You pay good money we got there late there was little in the way of refreshments and before we landed we were asked to clean up as they had only 25 min on the ground and would not have enough time to clean the plane.
Now the return flight was worse, we traveled with a family who have traveled with Ryanair many times and always bring the same bags with them while we were in line to board the plane ryanair staff were telling people that there was not enough room for cabin baggage so you bags will go into the hold free of charge but, when it came to the family we were traveling with they were told that their cabin bag was too big and were forced to pay 50 euros. How can ryanair be so 2 faced with the people who keep them afloat.

60 percent of my travels included Ryanair wich has very low fares but low service. This airline is pretty good mostly if you have children
