It was fourth of fifth time i used qatar airways flight to different far destination within one year and the crew apologised that chicken meal is finish and they urge me to accept beef or vegetables meal. Am travelling with qatat airways since 2006. It's not accepted to deal with passenger for take it or leave it , finally it's passenger wright , flight reputation , it's not chirty offered by non professional crew,
I advice change beef with fish and prepare more chicken meal in every trip.
Also change the chief the food is not testy anymore , it's like hospital food.

Qatar Airways lost our baggage and returned it in a severely damaged condition. We were forced to pay out of pocket for essential items, clothing, and gifts, adding unnecessary financial stress to our trip. Despite countless attempts to contact customer service, we have received no meaningful response, resolution, or compensation for the damages and expenses we incurred. The lack of communication and accountability from Qatar Airways is completely unacceptable, and despite our repeated efforts to resolve this issue, we have seen no progress. We expect a proper response and a fair resolution as soon as possible.

Great service as always from Qatar airways, flown a few times with them to Thailand and they never disappoint, very clean aircraft, excellent cabin crew and comfy seat with plenty of leg room.

I don't know where to begin on our experience with Qatar airways on our maiden flight with them!
Our two flights with them via Birmingham to Doha and then onto Bangkok was nothing short of disastrous.
Firstly when I payed for extra legroom for me and my partner I expected more legroom than your typical economy seat(this is what I was informed of when making the booking and paying an extra £200 plus ).

Our seats they were identical and offered no extra legroom in our opinion and none that warranted an extra £200 or so😣
What made us feel worse was the person who sat next to us didn't pay any extra and his ticket price was much cheaper than ours.
He informed us that when he booked and payed for his seat...there was no mention of extra legroom or money 🤑 to pay for it!
This makes us wonder if we have been conned by the person I spoke with when booking the flights ✈️😣😔
Then we come to the seats themselves.
Incredibly uncomfortable 😣
Hard and offered little or no support.
To adjust them was laughable as they would just collapse much to the annoyance of passengers behind.
We had the same issue with those sat in front of us...once they reclined their seats ...what little room we had changed to nothing.
So we had to recline our seats just to be able to move or sit in slight comfort.
This annoyed the Polish/Russian couple behind us who cried like babies whenever we reclined our seats.
I Made the cabin crew aware of it ,but they made it pretty clear it wasn't their problem and couldn't care less.
So six hours plus on both flights were absolutely horrendous for us and bearing in mind my partner was supposed to be a priority passenger due to medical issues... Qatar's treatment of my partner was extremely poor to say the least.
We are both dreading 😔 our return flights on the 19/02 and pretty much expect the same level of service for want of a better word.
Food was reasonable and offered a decent choice.
Stench /body odour of some passengers was overwhelming too...please have a shower before flying guys.
The cabin staff on both flights were sour faced and grumpy with the exception of one Thai attendant who was polite and helpful... putting the rest of the crew to shame.
Toilets....one was flooded out for some strange reason.
Again... personal hygiene on the flight to Doha with some passengers was non existent.
On the plus side...ground teams who looked after priority passengers both in Birmingham airport and Doha were adequate.
Our flight from Birmingham to Doha was delayed,thus meaning our transfer time to Bangkok flight was a mad rush !
Not what a disabled priority passenger should have to endure and this really stressed us both out as we aren't youngsters!
Like I've mentioned already...we are due to return to the UK on the 19/2 via Bangkok/Doha and Birmingham and we are both absolutely petrified of what we will probably have to endure again with Qatar airways 😣

PLEASE DO NOT FLY QATAR AIRWAYS TO NIGERIA. Flight attendants are very rude. They spray aircraft with an unknown substance. Passenger treatment enroute to Lagos, Nigeria very bad and unacceptable. I will not recommend to any one!!!!!
