The airline is below average. Service of cabin crew is not professional as those leading airlines of the world. Toilets were always dirty. Food was below average. Anyway, will use up my leftover avios and switch to other better airlines.

Cancelled flight. I claimed compensation according to EU law and no response. I guess I’ll have to claim in court. I will not trust this airline again.
Qatar airways has ignored my emails!
My husband and I are frequent flyers to the Middle East and typically fly on emirates. On this particular occasion we decided we would try the much talked about Qatar airways to travel to Doha. We were very excited however our excitement fell apart as soon as we entered the aircraft.
To begin with, the electric sockets were not working on my TV and I was not provided with headphones. I did press the button for assistance twice however no one came and it was turned off after 30 mins. I did not receive any headphones the entire flight.
When it came time for the dinner service, we were told that the chicken option had finished and we had to take whatever was left. I found this deeply unfair as someone who has paid for their ticket and food and now can only eat whatever is left over. The staff on the plane were incredibly inattentive in spite of us trying to call them over and using the assistance button. On both occasions we did this, no one came over.
We did not feel any attention or care during this flight.
My husband had gotten up to use the bathroom when another passenger spilt an alcoholic beverage all over this new trousers, jumper and shoes. My husband was absolutely mortified that his new clothes and shoes had been ruined. In addition to this, my husband is Muslim and does not consume alcohol and was deeply offended because of this incident. The plane staff witnessed this happen and one of them offered him a dry tissue after he had made a fuss. No one did anything to help him and instead one of the staff made a comment ‘it happens’. We felt deeply offended and hurt with the lack of attention and poor customer service as well as disrespect we recieved on this flight.
If this wasn’t bad enough, when we arrived in Doha my suitcase was completely damaged, it looked like it had been thrown and was cracked on the sides and the zip was broken.
This was suppose to be our first time in Doha which we were very excited for however, the aeroplane journey has really ruined it for us.
I am so incredibly devastated and this has ruined our trip to Doha before it had even begun

Service is okay but not pleasant as wish..
And Hamad Airport— is another worst place by both of service and imigration staffs who couldn’t know minimum English!

Sorry qatar,, i m completely disappointed for everything.
Flight was delayed at DOH 3 hrs. Once the flight was delayed the communication was non existent. We were not told how long it would be delayed, they made a us stay in the gate area with no announcements. The way the staff spoke to people was terrible., Almost like how dear you ask us how long it will be. I would never fly with Qatar airlines again. During the flight they must have served 2 drinks on a 7hr flight. Its becoming a budget airline. I would not recommend.
