They gave my wife a seat in one part of the plane, and me in a completely different part of the plane. On a ticket on which I paid almost EUR 3k.

We have stood for an hour at the web checkin queue and the checkin staff appear to work in slow motion. Two desks kept the entire queue waiting for 45 minutes whilst they dealt with 2 families. Surely it's better to move them to a "your documents aren't correct" counter.

I had tolerated the baggage not being delivered on day of arrival but what got to me is that they delivered the wrong baggage the first day and then when they delivered the suitcase the second it had someone else’s name attached to it
Avoid Qatar airways if possible

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. HORRIFIC and HORRENDOUS.

Horrific experience with Qatar Airways. Firstly, the flight was delayed, not due to bad weather because it arrived late on the earlier journey. Followed by which they lost the baggage. I landed at the destination at 3:05PM, I was promised to have my bags delivered by night or next morning, in worst case. None of this happend and greatly they dont have a customer care for missing baggage. I was bounced to different teams and different phone numbers where no one seem to have a clue of how to handle the situation and all they could say was that the concerned team would reach me. I asked them to cancel my return flight ticket which they dont want to and of course no refund. Its been 5 days and I am still waiting for my bag to be delivered. To top this, they dont even compensate or refund for any basic needs until your bag is found. Their COC rule states that if they cannot find the bags in 14 days, then they would refund few $$ per kilo. WORST AIRWAYS. NIGHTMARE to deal with customer care, HORRIFIC experience of my life. Wasted more than 12 hours so far with these cheapstakes. Completely demolished my planned festival celebrations with family. No more QATAR airlines in my life.

Qatar Airways employee wrongfully tagged 4 bags to my name (instead of 2 to me, and 2 to my co-passenger) on flight from Del to Toronto in Dec 2024. I had to pay USD 510 to my connecting flight with Air Canada citing excess baggage, for their fault - and now Qatar refuses to refund to me.
