NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. HORRIFIC and HORRENDOUS.
Horrific experience with Qatar Airways. Firstly, the flight was delayed, not due to bad weather because it arrived late on the earlier journey. Followed by which they lost the baggage. I landed at the destination at 3:05PM, I was promised to have my bags delivered by night or next morning, in worst case. None of this happend and greatly they dont have a customer care for missing baggage. I was bounced to different teams and different phone numbers where no one seem to have a clue of how to handle the situation and all they could say was that the concerned team would reach me. I asked them to cancel my return flight ticket which they dont want to and of course no refund. Its been 5 days and I am still waiting for my bag to be delivered. To top this, they dont even compensate or refund for any basic needs until your bag is found. Their COC rule states that if they cannot find the bags in 14 days, then they would refund few $$ per kilo. WORST AIRWAYS. NIGHTMARE to deal with customer care, HORRIFIC experience of my life. Wasted more than 12 hours so far with these cheapstakes. Completely demolished my planned festival celebrations with family. No more QATAR airlines in my life.
