Overall it was a quite pleasant experience, the flight was not full so I got a full row for myself, legroom seems larger than on a lot of other airlines. Seat was comfy, but they have some kind of metal boxes under some seats in front (window and aisle) so you might not be able to store your luggage under. Food on-board was good, ground and in-flight staff were great, the plane departed and arrived on time. The only con is quite slow and not too responsive in-flight entertainment tablet (and it was the same for other Qatar flights. But overall would recommend this airline...

First time we choose other than Finnair. Qatar airlines was excellent choice. Plane was newer, toilets were clean even at the end of the flight (!) and their service better. Think for the future, we'll choose Qatar.

Before on boarding the flight I had been told by many that Qatar is a very reliable airline and after travelling I can definitely say so. The staff is very cooperative and cordial. The food was awesome. The range of movies was good, I could easily spend 20 hours watching them. The travel was very comfortable and hassle free.

Little disappointed with the slim seat back. Sitting in a aisle seat, literally hit by everyone who passed by. Staff was very enthusiastic and full of energy but quality of service was lacking and staff seemed confused. Maybe it was all trainee staff but they were all very young unlike the airlines in America like the CEO had once sarcastically remarked. Hope they are paying their staff decent wages and not trainee wages. One comment on the food served- looked like the rice was served in a narrow pencil box like container. Definitely not five star service. Also was surprised to see the airport seemed almost deserted during a very travel season at least as far as US is concerned. However, it felt good and relaxing compared to the crowded Dubai airport.

We were a parti of 4. After takeoff it took nearly 2 hours before we got our first glass of water. It came together with the meal service.The meal portion was small. After the first service they had no redwine anymore in economy, the paper towels in the restrooms were not restocked after half the flight. We were sitting in the middle of economy class so we where the ones who had no choice of meals, the last to get the movie snack which consisted only of kitkat cause everything else was distributed in the back already. The second service started 2,5 hours before landing and consisted only of a hot snack box. I really did not see why they get the praise. The cabin crew member on our side really tried hard but the teamwork on this flight was a disaster. Rows before us I could clearly see her trolley was empty and she tried to get in touch with another crew member. I saw the others too, they responded but not in a positive way. In the end she waited very long, we waited very long until she got more hot meals and beverages she dearly needed. You could clearly see that the other cabin crew members did nt like our flightattendand. To be honest it was not a nice flight experience.
