Am considering to stop chasing the QFF points. Service both pre and post AND during Have been less than good. Every flight I’ve had in the lst 12 months has been delayed. Every flight has had terrible food and terrible service. It does not really matter if you’re gold class or platinum, it’s bad service all around.
Customer service does not care. Multiple complaints to customer care service has just given me a few extra QFF points to shut me up. But nothing is done to IMPROVE.
Even the points they gave me “complimentary” has not been accredited to my account. Despite numerous emails and phone calls. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
There IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE in Qantas!
