The worst airline in the world right now, old planes, average service,frequent flyer programme that offers no real rewards, but the support services are where this airline has really dropped the ball.Call centres have been offshored all over the world they have no idea what there doing and drop out regularly it’s like faulty towers with a different answer depending on who you talk too.Fly someone else you’ll get a pleasant surprise customer service does exist just not here!

Seats are for kids. Not larger or tall adults.. cramping, fully booked flight. Very bad organisation and small seats will never book again

Dreadful! Especially after having experienced Emirates for other international flights. The food was inedible, a frozen dinner of penne pasta with Tom sauce and a stale bread roll ! Nothing else ! The flight attendants were rude, abrupt an arrogant. The plane was old and dirty . The in-flight entertainment was outdated movie and cheap headsets. It took an hour toget baggage after landing ! The price for flight was a lot when you get NOTHING on board. Dreadful!

I had no space to put my backpack as all the overhead luggage compartments were full as by the time I was able to stand up without getting pushed down by violent passengers, there was no space left. Extremely disappointed as the cabin crew was also of no help in this situation.

The staff is extremely rude, making faces and showing no willingness to help. One woman yelled at me for no reason, as if I was a school child and she was the principal (I believe this was due to my skin color). I couldn't understand her rapid yelling and Australian accent, so I asked her to repeat herself. Instead of repeating, she became even ruder. When I asked for a pen (as I was sitting in a middle seat and could not reach my bags easily, I needed a pen to fill some arrival forms) one lady said 'I don't have a pen and I have other errands to run' (I wanted to tell this is also something you being paid to do, but I was just patient). And they kept announcing that do not be rude to the crew, which is a joke as they are the one who are rude to everyone!The food was terrible. I would never fly this airline again ever! Period!!!!
