“Crew is so rude!”

The staff is extremely rude, making faces and showing no willingness to help. One woman yelled at me for no reason, as if I was a school child and she was the principal (I believe this was due to my skin color). I couldn't understand her rapid yelling and Australian accent, so I asked her to repeat herself. Instead of repeating, she became even ruder. When I asked for a pen (as I was sitting in a middle seat and could not reach my bags easily, I needed a pen to fill some arrival forms) one lady said 'I don't have a pen and I have other errands to run' (I wanted to tell this is also something you being paid to do, but I was just patient). And they kept announcing that do not be rude to the crew, which is a joke as they are the one who are rude to everyone!The food was terrible. I would never fly this airline again ever! Period!!!!

Cancelled flight.
Terrible communication for alternatives.
Old plane with broken down entertainment system from Singapore to Perth. Poor qantas club options.
Never again.

Terrible service by Qantas, now referred to as Qantass. All the aeroplanes are breaking down. On our way out from Auckland after flying about an hour and a half the pilot said we had to turn around for “mechanical” issues. And during that whole flight two of the screens weren’t working (we are a family of 4). The plane had to fly in the air above Auckland airport burning fuel because there was no mechanism to dump the fuel which even the pilot seemed surprised about.
After sitting around at Auckland airport for an age we get back on a flight only to arrive at Brisbane to find our “new” connecting flight also from Qantass is down for mechanical failures. Crew there seemed baffled and were handing out the wrong letters for insurance purposes (they’d muddled them up). Massive, unnecessary queues.
We ended up staying in Brisbane for the evening. From there we flew Singapore airlines and Japan airlines and they were bliss. But wait… there’s more.
Our flight out home from Japan flying Qantass was also cancelled. No Qantass manager on site.
Seriously do any Quantass planes work????
Completely unreliable service has gone so far downhill I don’t think it’s possible to bring itself back up. Incredibly poor.

It was really good as a phone addicted teen the flight was economy but has good leg room, a tv screen/entertainment a charger and wifi! I was really happy about the free wifi as I could use my free home and the charger was good. The food was free and delicious and the complimentary water and drink of your choose was good and the flight attendants a so nice. Would recommend!

$3.80.... that's what they asked me to pay extra because something was wrong with my booking.... Even tho I had confirmed résa and payment sent. By the time I could sort this issue, price went up and they made me spend another $130 to book again. Totally disgusted by this behaviour... They only want your money and they don't care about customers. They wasted my time and money. Instead of enjoying my vacation I'm struggling with having to pay another ticket and wait weeks to get my first ticket money back. They don't even care about it and barely respond to my complaints.
