It was really good as a phone addicted teen the flight was economy but has good leg room, a tv screen/entertainment a charger and wifi! I was really happy about the free wifi as I could use my free home and the charger was good. The food was free and delicious and the complimentary water and drink of your choose was good and the flight attendants a so nice. Would recommend!

$3.80.... that's what they asked me to pay extra because something was wrong with my booking.... Even tho I had confirmed résa and payment sent. By the time I could sort this issue, price went up and they made me spend another $130 to book again. Totally disgusted by this behaviour... They only want your money and they don't care about customers. They wasted my time and money. Instead of enjoying my vacation I'm struggling with having to pay another ticket and wait weeks to get my first ticket money back. They don't even care about it and barely respond to my complaints.

Beyond poor performance across the board. Regular business traveller across airlines across the world. Qantas do not value any of their customers but treat frequent flyers even worse. Qantas club is a joke regardless of class. Staff are rude and will lie out right. Price gouging and double dipping. Avoid.

My kids had the time off their life. Thankyou to everyone involved. From the staff checking in to the pilots. We met some staff off duty but they were happy to help

I had not travelled with qantas for a long time due to numerous reasons. My previous experiences had been good not this time wow has qantas gone downhill!! The customer service was shocking rude staff especially cabin crew who could not care less! Both flights to and from Fiji were bad. A young lady with a new born asked the cabin crew for a blanket to keep the baby warm as it was freezing in the cabin. The response “We don’t have any available on this flight I suggest you be more organised and prepared and bring your own!” I could not believe it! Really ?? You don’t have blankets anymore?? It was cold and finally turned up the heat. This was just one example of many. No drinks offered on the way over a tiny meal. No entertainment on return flight. I will not be flying qantas again. Wake up to yourself you used to be a wonderful airline.
