I had not travelled with qantas for a long time due to numerous reasons. My previous experiences had been good not this time wow has qantas gone downhill!! The customer service was shocking rude staff especially cabin crew who could not care less! Both flights to and from Fiji were bad. A young lady with a new born asked the cabin crew for a blanket to keep the baby warm as it was freezing in the cabin. The response “We don’t have any available on this flight I suggest you be more organised and prepared and bring your own!” I could not believe it! Really ?? You don’t have blankets anymore?? It was cold and finally turned up the heat. This was just one example of many. No drinks offered on the way over a tiny meal. No entertainment on return flight. I will not be flying qantas again. Wake up to yourself you used to be a wonderful airline.

Flew from Grand Rapids to Dallas Fort Worth and missed my flight on Qantas to Australia. I’ve been stuck in the Dallas Fort Worth airport for 24 hours because Qantas Air does not open their ticket counters until three hours before and the flight doesn’t go till 10:30 for the following night, they have one flight out per night. How can an airline have such terrible customer service? I will never fly Qantas Air again.
Can’t describe how horrible some of the ground crew are, 100%!the last time I fly with this joke of an airline… 5 weeks ago I was delayed 12 hours with them stating the crew were ill which was a blatant lie and didn’t even sort me a connection, had to sort it myself.
