Flew from Grand Rapids to Dallas Fort Worth and missed my flight on Qantas to Australia. I’ve been stuck in the Dallas Fort Worth airport for 24 hours because Qantas Air does not open their ticket counters until three hours before and the flight doesn’t go till 10:30 for the following night, they have one flight out per night. How can an airline have such terrible customer service? I will never fly Qantas Air again.

Can’t describe how horrible some of the ground crew are, 100%!the last time I fly with this joke of an airline… 5 weeks ago I was delayed 12 hours with them stating the crew were ill which was a blatant lie and didn’t even sort me a connection, had to sort it myself.

since I was flying domesticly there was no in flight entertainment and no food to eat but seat is fine for me and my kids but for now on qantas is GOOD!!

Yet again the flight was cancelled. What was suppose to be a 41/2 hr straight through flight in the morning one day with a baby turned out a 9 hr flight with a 2 hr stop over the next day. Third time this year. Just a Joke to them.

Flew to Perth via Sydney from California to visit family on an Airbus A380. QF12/QF645. Flew Business Class because we are both in late 70's and needed the extra room for a 15+ hour flight. The crew really catered to passengers needs. Loved the pajamas. I don't do well sleeping on airplanes even with the seats that converted to a bed, so I spent quite a while watching movies and tv. The crew was very helpful in explaining the best way to get through customs and how to find our connecting flight to Perth. Food was very good and lots of it.
The connecting flight was equally nice on a 737 that had first class but was sold as business class. Same great service from the crew.
