Over the years I have been flown around Australia for work & always had the pleasure of flying Qantas. However after starting a family & a change of employers, I only recently boarded Qantas for a trip to attend a work conference. Even after a 10 year flying hiatus, I am pleased to say that Qantas have maintained their professionalism. Booking has become easier as has check in & I got to watch the latest released movies on an iPad that didn't contain cartoon figures! Hopefully my travel continues - preferably for holiday reasons & I will continue to travel with the Flying Kangaroo

Qantas is my preferred airline, and while it is sometimes more expensive to use its service, it never disappoints.

A smooth departure from Adelaide, preceded by instructions for evacuation in the event of an untoward occurrence as I was in row 13 (the Exit row). All went smoothly.

The Qantas stewards went out of their way to be friendly, which was a bonus to providing their expected good service.

Love Qantas. And love that it is ’our’ airline.

Three of us celebrating my 70th. Qantas could not have performed all aspects any better from check in to arrival. The hostesses were absolutely amazing and caring.

We had an early evening flight.
Boarding was manageable.
Standard seats have very limited leg room.
Would have been unbearable on a longer flight
Return flight we paid $90 extra for exit rows, this made all the difference and the flight was very comfortable.
Enjoyed our meals and the servuce was great.

Often fly Qantas but this time not up to the standard of other trips. The overnight flight departed on time (18:10) and arrived in Sydney 20 minutes early, which was good. Cabin staff were very friendly and chatty but service was slow to get going. After the welcome orange juice it was then a 1 hour 30 minutes wait to get served the first ordered drink and then another 45 minutes to get the next one. The meal was served a long two and half hours after we boarded the plane but by then at least the drinks service had improved. The dinner menu was limited - two options as starters one of which had run out, mains were two meat options, one fish, and one veg curry. The roast pork was tasty, the fish wasn't. Dessert of pineapple cake was average. Because of the late dinner service I skipped breakfast opting to get more sleep.

Seating on the Airbus was comfortable and the available space for passengers was roomy. Good entertainment options. Not sure what the problem was with slow cabin service as no explanation was offered. Hope next flight is better
