Flight to Sydney went nice and smooth service was good but felt like I was on air asia flight with a tv .qantas you are making air asia look like a first class airline,only difference qantas haven’t fallen out the sky yet.

We recently flew to the US and then on to Mexico. We had the option of flying through LAX or DFW. Flying through DFW resulted in a shorter flight to Mexico. The flight through to DFW was approximately 15 hours, but very comfortable. The crew were readily available during most of the flight. The return flight was just over 17 hours - but once again the crew made such a long flight enjoyable. Travelling with a small child is always an adventure, but this is certainly the longest flights we have been on. Well done QANTAS.

I would like to applaud Qantas for an excellent safety video. So different from all the rest of the run-of-the-mill ones. Very creative way to represent Australia.

Food was a different issue altogether. I don't remember the last time I had such mediocre food. Time for a review and revamp.

Welcomed aboard, via tarmac, which was interesting as it facilitated quicker boarding.
Enjoyed that experience.

Staff were many and busily attending to all our needs.

Departure was a little late but we picked up time, in flight.

Food was tasty and hot - effiiciently served.
Quiche was delightful. Classy! As well as tasty. Leek and bacon as well as cheese.

Water bottles available.

Most pleasant.

A 17 hours non stop flight, 16.000 Km. The new plane is indeed pleasant to fly on and with enough space, also in economy. Light meals and snacks and water brought on regular intervals. The return flight to LHR is a full Night Flight....The first 5, 6 hours pass on very fast. If you are Ok on 8, 10 hr flight no difference with a full 17hrs. Overall top experience and non stop.
