What a treat in comparison to the ordinary Economy Class. The aircraft itself was fairly new, service was top, food was good and the seats were really comfortable. The only downfall - the toilets. How can one only have 8 toilets for close to 200 people? This I shall never understand....

The service was at a satisfactory, traditionally high level. The meal was nothing spectacular, though. Check-in procedure was efficient and quick.

Check-in in Frankfurt very well organized, effective and professional staff. Very good lounge service. On board meals could be better but good wine was served.

Two flights, Kyiv-Munich-Manchester. Online check-in worked fine; tickets with barcode printed at home. Very early boarding time at Kyiv Boryspil (05:15) meant a 3 am departure and, effectively, a sleepless night. Tea with biscuit served on the 1st flight, but they forgot me and I had to ask twice.
Single terminal transfer in Munich, terminal 2, but queues at the security on arrival. Gate was changed in Munich. Complimentary German newspapers. They were easier to find than the gate. Directional signs not optimal. Boarding second leg LH2500 a little late, but we departed more or less on time. Tea with a sandwich which felt like a second breakfast. By the time I arrived, 09:55 in Manchester, I was a little disoriented.
But a good latte at Pret a Manger in the Airport Terminal brought me back to life.

Lufthansa flight service is not so great compared to other flights.
Flight attendants are unable to understand or speak in English, and they sound bit rude.
they don't serve good beers nor they have good collection of drinks its just doable.
most of the time the headphones they provide doesn't work.

good thing is they have very huge collection of movies tv programs music and series to watch. and good size monitors.
