It was a very nice round trip from Narita Japan thru Amsterdam Holland arriving at Copenhagen Denmark.

The flight was delayed by 2 hours which may be due to the first major snow storm. Incoming flight arrived late and outbound flight was significantly delayed due to de icing etc. However, the airline messed up our special meal order. This is in spite of calling KLM and Delta airline. Th excuse was the the three airline websites do not talk to each other. As a customer I do not buy that. However, the inflight service was acceptable and the crew was courteous. The condition of the aircraft was Bismal. The seat in front of me was stuck reclined and the entertainment monitor literally in my face. My wife’s seat reclining button was not even there and she could not recline and had to fly that way for over 7 hours. Not impressed at all. It was an older Boeing 747 with crammed seats. I highly recommend premium economy at least. For us it was not a pleasant flight at all.

Although booked on a Delta flight, it turned out to be a KLM codeshare with Delta. We traveled in Business class and found the service and comfort to be equal to the great service we expected from Delta. The staff were attentive to any need, the food was good, and the seats were easily changed to full-size beds.

Nice flight from HKG to AMS. Despite the fact the aircraft was an older 747 , a nice experience. Catering was great, crew was excellent. Nice inflight entertainment..

For the first time the flight actually happened, there was less than 3 hours delay and the pilot didn't even try to crash the plane while landing - last time the guy checked how much punishment the Boeing and passengers on board could take while landing. It's been much more civilized now.
Apart from what looked and smelled like vomit around my seat, it's been quite acceptable. There wasn't even much of the arrogant treatment one normally gets from the hostesses and ground staff.
