We have flown with Jet2.com a number of times and really cannot fault it. Check in at Leeds Bradford you are greeted with a smile and the service is smooth & quick.
The extra leg room we booked is most helpful especially when your husband has legs that go on and on.
The flight was only two and half hours long each way, but it seemed to go really quickly. The attendants are as you would expect, helpful and cheery.
The captain needs to speak up when he is announcing his flight details, whilst the in flight announcements for service and the duty free shop are very loud, to the point of annoying.
The service at Split airport was excellent and the transfer to the coaches to your resort good and well informed. Did not see much of our rep to be honest.
All in all excellent and we will book again soon hopefully.

What a great flight booking in no problem through in 15 minutes seating very good staff and food. We're excellent service was excellent Will fly with them again a lot better than the other holiday airlines I have travelled with Well Done

Night flight, children were overexcited and screaming at each other, a baby cried loudly for most of the flight, and over the top of this noise the tanoid kept announcing that they would be around again with more discounted perfume and over priced drinks.

If the airline is family friendly surely an assistant could have done something to help these people, and made the flight more enjoyable for everyone.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I was waiting for the hi-di-hi !!!! all I wanted to do
was sleep.
We stepped out of the plane to rain and gale force winds but we were not warned of this in advance, although the pilot s obviously knew as it took a long time to land

A very user friendly airline. From the ease of using their website to book etc to their helpful, smiley and efficient staff it is a pleasure to fly with them. The aircraft are very comfortable and clean and the regular in-flight updates keep you well informed. Our return flight was equally as good as our outbound one and we had a really smooth landing in spite of high winds.

Flight was delayed leaving stansted however we were kept informed during the delay of what was happening and how we had to wait.
The pilot greeted the children in his welcome speech, not just the parents.
Staff on board very helpful
First time flying with jet2 and would definitely fly with them again.
