Our Monarch flight was cancelled and so hurriedly we had to find new flights.

The Jet2 website was easy and simple to understand and the booking only took a few minutes.

Check in was really fast both in London and Tenerife.

For a low budget airline there was good legroom and the overhead lockers were very large.

The on-board drinks and food were not cheap - they never are - but seemed to be reasonably good quality.

Both our flights there and back arrived early.

Will definitely use again.

First time with Jet 2 but certainly not the last, what a fantastic operation, swift check in with pre booking in on-line, beautiful new aircraft, friendly aircrew, So simple to book with some of the older travel companies need to take notice of how it should be done. In short a total pleasure. ***** star sevice

Have flown a couple of airlines this year and Jet2 are by far the best from start to finish.

The service, cabin crew, pilots and over all flying experience could not be faulted.

Thank you and we are looking forward to our return with you next week. We will definitely be booking all our future flights where available with you.

Booked online but had a problem when trying to pay with credit card, not sure if payment had gone through. Phoned customer services who quickly sorted it all out.

Good email communication between booking and checking in. We did not pay for specific seats when we originally booked. When you check in online you can see the seats you have been allocated on both the outgoing and return flights and if you are not happy you can change them at that time. We were seated together but on the return flight we had been allocated the window and middle seats and we prefer the aisle seats so we changed them for that flight only.

On arrival at Edinburgh no queues and plenty of staff to assist. Flight on time and staff friendly and cheerful. We had not pre-ordered any food but did end up buying something to eat as it was quite a long flight. While not the best I have eaten it was tasty enough.

Reps on hand at Lanzarote to direct us to private transfer to hotel and given a welcome pack with contact details if any issues.

We were on a package holiday so generous luggage allowance, transfers and hotel all included in price, which I thought was good value for money. No problems with the return flight.

All the Jet2 staff we met were friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Had to buy a new flight as missed a Ryanair flight in the morning. Luckily there were plenty of seats and at a reasonable price. But what really made the difference was the staff. From check in to arrival it was thee best experience of Airline staff since I flew JAL last year, they put Ryanair and BA to shame.
