Jet Airways is a convenient airline for us to travel to Mumbai. We came by our car from Bhilai to Raipur airport. Our driver dropped us at the airport. I had checked in through the web in advance. We did not have much baggage too. We dropped our baggage, collected the printed boarding pass and proceeded for the security check. All the activities were smooth. The flight was delayed. But, the baggage arrived fast on the belt at Mumbai airport . We took as TabCab and reached home around lunch time!

I had taken an evening flight from Mumbai to Raipur. This time we arrived in the airport much in advance so as to avoid any last minute hassle. We did not take the senior citizen queue and went through the general queue at the International Airport. There was no problem in dropping the baggage as we had already done web check in.
We reached the boarding gate well in time. The flight was smooth. We got the food we had opted for. The baggage too arrived in time at Raipur.

Excellent service . Jet is only best service provider in India.almost always on time.....
I always travel by jet only.

Flight from Goa to Mumbai was delayed which resulted in us missing the 2 connecting flights back to Sydney.

While we understand that delays could occur, we were hopeful in the Jet Airways staff to assist us in getting onto the next available flight.
Flight attendant was not very helpful when a few travellers were trying to obtain some information. Ground staff met us and took us to their service desk, we were still hopeful as the ground staff member was very friendly and positive they can assist us.

Service Desk - they reviewed our existing boarding passes and did not talk to us for 40 minutes. Again, we understood that we were not the only passengers who had missed the connecting flight and waited patiently.

finally when they did talk to us they wanted us to tell them what flight we would prefer to go on without giving us options to choose from. Lack of Wi-Fi did not help as we did not have international roaming on our phones to search for options. One of our fellow passengers offered to look up flights for us which we passed to the Service desk employees, it took them over 2 hours to arrange those flights and retrieve our luggage, as we were already running late to check into our new flight we did not have time to re check what they had booked for us. It was not until we were checking in that we noticed they had booked us on the wrong flights which meant we had an overnight stay in KL.

As it was too late to change it, we asked the Jet Airways service desk if they could offer an overnight stay at the KL airport hotel or provide lounge passes. Both requests were declined.

Reason for the bad review is not the fact that we were delayed or even that wrong flights were booked by their team, but the poor attitude and lack of customer service. From flight attendant to the Customer Service supervisor - very rude and communication lacked throughout the whole process. When I tried to explain the reason for us being unhappy the only response we had was "we cannot help you, we can only re book your flight and we did that already" which they didn't even do that correctly.

Flight itself was average as you would expect for a budget airline. Will not fly with them due to their lack of customer service.

they are tight with their drinks, they had the nerve, to question my wife, if she was capable of having a double vodka, in her bloody mary.
this was her only drink plus white wine.
Jet ways no customer service as we missed our connecting flight from Mumbai, because immigration was so slow. because of that we were offered nothing to eat/or drink
4 of us had a bottle of wine 4 beers and 2 orders of chips, are you ready£120, inc tax, and a 5 % service charge
