Outgoing flight: Service was excellent! Flight attendants very professional, kind and helpful on the first flight. In flight meals were good quality, and we had drink service included. There are TV's on board and it was overall very pleasant. Check in was easy and pain free. Our bags did get weighed and we (two of us) requested seats together at the service counter and got them. Airport staff was very good.

Return flight: Not as good. We had a 7.5 hour layover in Belgrade, .5 hours under when airlines have to provide provisions to you. We then learned that the flight was delayed another 2.5 hours, making it a 10 hour layover! If you didn't do online check in, you did not get these updates. This needs to be corrected so that ALL passengers get updates. The in flight meal was excellent again, with drink service.

There was a time when there was a good amount of turbulence on the plane and the lady in front of us was panicking (in body language but not verbally). She was extremely agitated, shifting around, grabbing her hair and going to the bathroom. My travel partner notified the attendants because he didn't want her to start having a melt down. They attended to her and got her water right away. Though one attendant seemed irritated at my partner and when he raised his hand for assistance she made eye contact with him and stormed off as if angry (??) not sure why she treated him this way as he had calmly and discreetly informed the attendants about the lady's distress and was being a responsible passenger. Please work on your customer service, this was very rude. My partner continued to comfort and reassure the distressed passenger once the attendants were gone.

Okay for short hour flights as they do not have tv screen. Everything is as good as normal, but I got disappointed with their wifi. It was so poor cannot even refresh a facebook page, good thing I only purchased the cheapest one.

After accident on runway we have to wait 11 hours for our next flight.Taking new tickets took forever,waiting in lines took forever.We are lucky that nobody fainted while waiting. They should use more computers,open more lines and resolve that minor problem on runway faster.

Our flight to NYC and back with Air Serbia was an almost excellent experience. The only thing that i didn't like was the personal media station which seemed οld tech and had just a few movies with no subtitles.

When I was flying to Belgrade from Ljubljana I got a little bit anxious during landing because it was a little bit bumpy. The planes with which I was flying with were quite old. The staff was very amicable though.
