“Horrible and painful”

Terrible very very terrible experience...I got bit delayed due to traffic jam but on time over the check in counter. By the time I reached maximum passengers were already checked in and proceeded towards the plane. Just they saw we were the last one they started making announcements for faster check in. We had 3 luggage's for check in and a small polybag and laptop bag with us for cabin. Our check in baggage weights 36 kgs and they started forcing us to pay for extra 6 kg. We requested number of times to either adjust as we don't have cabin baggage or give us 5 minutes so that we can adjust with us for cabin baggage. From here they were terrible by saying either pay or we are closing the counters and finally we were forced to pay 4800 rs. Mr. JAI and Ms. SHWETA both had behaved very badly.

Seats are compact have no IFE, and cannot even charge mobile phones, selling basic food like a food court, after landing there is no baggage, they take the contact details, they will call you after 1 week for baggage, go to the airport to collect your luggage around 2 weeks

My feedback is simple. I am writing because I face this issue repeatedly. I bought Fast Forward for my BOM-ATQ travel on11th Dec by 6E272. On arrival at Amritsar, my baggage came as 'THE' last piece on belt. I am a backache patient, live in Mumba ( hence not use to this time winter of Amritsar) and therefore had to stand at the belt for about 20 mins till the baggage came. Since it was the last piece to be loaded, there was nobody to help me unload from the belt. The baggage was delayed even when my wife flew in from Mumbai to Chandigarh on 5th Dec. She had also bought Fast Forward. We both are senior citizens. I want to question Indigo CEO why the airline charges us when they can't fulfil their promise. It amounts to a cases of cheating.

First time flying indigo and I didn’t have any expectations but the experience was great. Plane was fine with comfortable seats and a basic inflight snack. What made the experience was the friendliness of the staff. Friendly, helpful and professional they were excellent.
Thanking each passenger at the end of the flight was a really nice touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to fly with them again!

I recently traveled with IndiGo from Dammam to Mangalore, with a connecting flight in Mumbai, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

To start, I was informed that my flight to Mumbai was delayed, which was frustrating enough. They rerouted me through Hyderabad, only to find out that my original flight from Dammam had actually reached Mumbai on time! This blatant misinformation was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling deceived.

Upon arriving in Hyderabad, I faced an excruciating 10-hour wait for my connecting flight to Mangalore. Seven hours! All the while, I watched my original flight's status, knowing that it had reached its destination without any issues.

IndiGo's lack of communication and poor handling of the situation demonstrated a complete disregard for passengers' time and comfort. This experience has left me questioning whether I will ever fly with IndiGo again.

If you value timely travel and honest communication, I suggest looking elsewhere. IndiGo's service has truly fallen short of expectations.
