One of the worst experience I have ever had with Indigo, I waited 30 mins for the checkin personnel as she was busy talking to other employees and took her own sweet time to pay attention to the passenger at 4 am in the morning and was taking her own leisure in assisting the check in process. After waiting for her highness to get free I was finally able to check in. My bag was overweight by 600 grams and she asked to pay for overweight, when i requested for a waive off as it was just few grams above the threshold. She was rude, inconsiderate and was asking me to remove the extra 600 grams from my luggage or pay. Reluctant of creating a bigger scene and holding the queue behind me I ended up paying for the extra weight.
I boarded the flight and it was just one hell after the other, the aircraft i got was very small, and they did not turn on the ac for at-least 10-15 mins post every passenger boarding the flight. The inside was suffocating and the crew was rude and simply asked us to wait for the ac’s to be on. At this point the flight was already delayed and all the passengers were uncomfortable as we were locked in an aircraft with no ventilation.
Finally after waiting for quite some time the flight took off. But the miserable journey did not end there. After the aircraft was in air there was a huge loud noise coming from the top of the aircraft and it continued to make the same noise until the flight was in lower altitude. The noise after a while just made my head ache and i requested the crew to check the issue. Again Indigo’s wonderful staff failed to display costumer support. They could not change my seat because the flight was full. One after the other mess up with Indigo I sat in the air praying for my life and hoping i could just land and get over with this horrible journey and the noise was at this point both scary and irritating. I had never experience this lack of customer support from Indigo, i always use to choose Indigo for their punctuality and support, but from last few months i see more cons from indigo than pro’s. Unfortunately i had already booked my return with Indigo and now i would rather lose money than fly with Indigo. I had paid almost 10k for the horrible journey
