Very convenient, better than travelling via car which would have taken very long. Problem I had was I accidently booked the wrong day and got charged 2500 per person to rectify it. I literally booked, realised and call them up to make the change.
I paid 5000rs for the mess up and then more for the flight putting me out of pocket by 8000rs.
Not good specially if its all electronically done and could have been change with a click of a button. I was happy to pay the extra for the flight as I know prices vary day to day, but the 5000rs to change it was absurd.

I just want to say, teach some good etiquette s to your cabin crew, very bad behaviour, very egoistic. Only just i remember Miss shruti, she was cabin crew on that time. She was really positive towards the passenger and replied with smile. But there was a crew i don't know her name, but she look alike Nepalese, manipur, or sikim region. She has really bad attitude. Her attitude is like we passengers are nothing, very rude and egoistic. (My travelling date is 9th of October 2024)
You should to teach her, we are passengers, you belongs to hospitality industry, talk politely with passangers, very rude and pathatic. atleast for few hours you can give respect to your valued passengers, who is paying to travel with indigo.

Big zero. And pathetic service.

We were not quite sure what to expect, it's a budget carrier just like easyJet, Ryanair etc.
It was on time, surprisingly good legroom, fairly clean, helpful staff.
I would happily use them again.
Arrival in Kathmandu is difficult, getting the visa is prolonged and beaurocratic process in three parts, then a long wait to get through another set of scanners to collect your bags. Allow at least an hour from landing.

I had a connecting flight via Banglore from KL to BOM. Upon our arrival in Bangalore, we were denied exit privileges for about forty minutes. Subsequently, we encountered difficulties locating the gate where our next flight was scheduled to depart.After much effort, I managed to find my way and proceeded to check in for a domestic flight. However, the cabin crew asked us to hand our luggage at check-in since they were short on room, which was quite strange. My luggage was broken when I received it, and the booze I had purchased was also destroyed. In addition, my belongings—nearly 20,000 K worth—were missing from my bag. I began phoning and emailing Flight, but so yet, I have not received a response. The crew member has absolutely no customer service skills, which is the worst experience of this flight. THIS FLIGHT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

I would give it a 5 but since indigo changed the flight I got a aisle seat instead of a window and my mom was in the other row if u don't understand

And the worst part my father was in 2D although me and my mother were behind 24 rows of my father .but ehh indigo is ok
