I had a connecting flight via Banglore from KL to BOM. Upon our arrival in Bangalore, we were denied exit privileges for about forty minutes. Subsequently, we encountered difficulties locating the gate where our next flight was scheduled to depart.After much effort, I managed to find my way and proceeded to check in for a domestic flight. However, the cabin crew asked us to hand our luggage at check-in since they were short on room, which was quite strange. My luggage was broken when I received it, and the booze I had purchased was also destroyed. In addition, my belongings—nearly 20,000 K worth—were missing from my bag. I began phoning and emailing Flight, but so yet, I have not received a response. The crew member has absolutely no customer service skills, which is the worst experience of this flight. THIS FLIGHT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
