The service at the airport is the worst i have ever seen! The staff is rude and not pleasant at all!
We bought four trans-Atlantic tickets, from Abu Dhabi to Singapore via Mumbai. We made an early check in, and got seats on the plane. The security at the airport let us pass and we arrive to the gate, waiting patiently for the boarding to start. Only when our turn arrived, they said it’s impossible to get in the plane with electronic boarding passes! No matter what we tried they won’t let us to the flight. Four tickets!!! The crew at their desk was impatient and didn’t try to help, hardly looking at us, it was a terrible experience. Eventually we didn’t got on the flight, no refund, nothing. We were speechless…
Even if it’s written on the tickets, and we missed it, it’s not that we didn’t pay full price for the flight… our only “sin” was that we had only electronic boarding passes… that’s all. I will never fly with this company again neither recommend it to anybody
I attempted to book extra luggage for my connecting international flight, but the system just keeps loading. The 6Eskai online chat facility only directs me to use the app to purchase the extra luggage. Additionally, the advertised international customer service number is out of service. This is extremely frustrating and poor service!

I think basic cotton for children should be provided.they have immense ear pain issues. I was traveling via Nepal to Delhi n I wasn't given cotton for my kids.its a basic standard thing to be provided.
Having traveled internationally several times, For the first time in my travel history, I chose Indigo airlines to travel internationally, and it turned out to be the most frustrating experience. The ground staff are illiterate.
