The service at the airport is the worst i have ever seen! The staff is rude and not pleasant at all!
We bought four trans-Atlantic tickets, from Abu Dhabi to Singapore via Mumbai. We made an early check in, and got seats on the plane. The security at the airport let us pass and we arrive to the gate, waiting patiently for the boarding to start. Only when our turn arrived, they said it’s impossible to get in the plane with electronic boarding passes! No matter what we tried they won’t let us to the flight. Four tickets!!! The crew at their desk was impatient and didn’t try to help, hardly looking at us, it was a terrible experience. Eventually we didn’t got on the flight, no refund, nothing. We were speechless…
Even if it’s written on the tickets, and we missed it, it’s not that we didn’t pay full price for the flight… our only “sin” was that we had only electronic boarding passes… that’s all. I will never fly with this company again neither recommend it to anybody
