Initially, due to operational issue they said it would delayed for approximately 1 hour, that is 10:00p.m; but, when the time was nearing 10 o clock, we were informed that the delay would be extended to 11:30p.m by the supervisor.... This was excruciating and infuriating.... When we asked the supervisor lady about why there was such a huge delay again, she said the delay was because of air traffic in Hyderabad.... When we asked the supervisor to arrange another flight, she told it wasn't possible.... Ok I understood but I couldn't accept it... When we asked them for a compensation due to the delay she said it was not possible.... Along with this , another half-an-hour delay for our flight , approximately 12:05a.m to 1:00 a.m... This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.... We expect more from Indigo especially since it is a Tata owned org....
We have family & commitments. Simply 5 hours delay is not small. You people simply say, inconvenience is regretted.
Immediate solution & decision making is important... Indigo employees should...
