I think basic cotton for children should be provided.they have immense ear pain issues. I was traveling via Nepal to Delhi n I wasn't given cotton for my kids.its a basic standard thing to be provided.

Having traveled internationally several times, For the first time in my travel history, I chose Indigo airlines to travel internationally, and it turned out to be the most frustrating experience. The ground staff are illiterate.

There is no charging cabel and also seats are not comfortable it’s like buses in india and please add business class so please do it

Initially, due to operational issue they said it would delayed for approximately 1 hour, that is 10:00p.m; but, when the time was nearing 10 o clock, we were informed that the delay would be extended to 11:30p.m by the supervisor.... This was excruciating and infuriating.... When we asked the supervisor lady about why there was such a huge delay again, she said the delay was because of air traffic in Hyderabad.... When we asked the supervisor to arrange another flight, she told it wasn't possible.... Ok I understood but I couldn't accept it... When we asked them for a compensation due to the delay she said it was not possible.... Along with this , another half-an-hour delay for our flight , approximately 12:05a.m to 1:00 a.m... This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.... We expect more from Indigo especially since it is a Tata owned org....
We have family & commitments. Simply 5 hours delay is not small. You people simply say, inconvenience is regretted.

Immediate solution & decision making is important... Indigo employees should...

It was our first time flying with Indigo airline and it was superb! In the beginning we almost missed our flight because we were not aware that transit to India for few hours only still required visa. But the the ground staff in Doha airport was doing excellent job to modify our flight in very last minute time and got us into another flight which we didn't have to worry about our transit or visa. On the plane 6E-1302 from Doha to Bangalore, again we have a wonderful experience with Indigo's crew. The flight attendances Shamna and Srijana took care of us during the flight. They even wrote us a letter which was so sweet of them! Love this experience and we definitely will fly again with Indigo. Great job to the Indigo crew!
